Reports, when in Spark Pages, allow you to see your prospects activities and interactions with your Illumineto Spark page.
Before you continue, please be aware that your own stats (you previewing a page, sending a page to yourself, etc. will NOT show up in Reports - only your prospects information will be cataloged).
Across the top of Reports, there are three colored boxes.
EMAILS SENT: The number of emails (or Spark pages) that you have sent to a prospect.
EMAILS OPENED: The number of emails (or Spark pages) that your prospect looked at (but did not click on any asset or link). In other words, they are looking at the Spark page in their Email client and have not clicked on any assets to launch the page in an Internet Browser.
TOTAL VISITS: The number of visits to a Spark page (i.e. the actual page) that your prospect did.
Halfway down the Reports page is an area called CONTENT VIEWS:
This information informs you of what content (documents, links, video's, etc.) that your prospect looked at. In the above example, four (4) assets were viewed for a total of five (5) times.
Now, to pull the above two images together, a Spark page was emailed (SENT) three (3) times and OPENED seven (7). Three (3) times the page was opened - TOTAL VISITS (by the prospect clicking on an asset). And during those three (3) TOTAL VISITS, five (5) assets were viewed.
When did they view the different assets or open the Spark page? That is in the ACTIVITY field at the bottom of Reports.
A date and time of each interaction with the Spark page is listed here.
