We're sorry that you are having this difficulty - unfortunately, every company around the world has different email client settings that do or don't allow outside emails to be delivered.
A few things:
- Some companies have email servers with a very aggressive email blocker, and Spark pages are rarely delivered (not even getting into the Spam folder). In fact, password resets, email confirmations, etc., pretty much anything from Illumineto Spark, is not received; not only by your prospect but also internally by you (in case you sent a sample Spark page to yourself and never received it).
- Illumineto has a very high email reputation on its servers, so in some instances, it is not the Illumineto email that is being blocked but other security settings are stopping it from being delivered.
- Typically emails going to external users are received, but that varies a lot based on the content in your email. A lot of your Spark Pages may look like marketing documents, so your recipients SPAM filter flags that. It depends on how many attachments you put on a Spark Page. It has always been our recommendation to never place more than five (preferably three) pieces of content on a Spark page.
- We allow you the ability to send a Spark Page URL to the customer. Some of our customers have realized that this guarantee's a 99.9% delivery rate. Using your email client, just place the link in an open email, write a brief greeting, and send.
