About Pipeliner CRM
Pipeliner is a popular CRM system that distances itself from others through instant intelligence, nicely visualized for its users. Illumineto Spark greatly enriches Pipeliner by delivering customer or prospect engagement activities such as email and document opens directly into Pipeliner Opportunity or Account records. These engagement activities are automatically updated into Pipeliner, requiring no manual data entry by the sales rep. Sales teams that integrate Illumineto Spark with their CRM system find much higher confidence and accuracy in pipeline reviews when they can see all of the customer/prospect activities detailed in the Opportunity record itself.
Integrating Illumineto Spark and Pipeliner CRM should take no more than five minutes to complete.
Please note: Unlike many other Illumineto Spark integrations, Pipeliner CRM requires administrator access to the user account's API key. For more information on how to access the Pipeliner CRM API Key, please review this document. After reviewing this document, you may find that you have the appropriate access and can successfully complete this one-time integration process.

Step 1: Illumineto - Settings Integration
Visit your Illumineto Integrations page and select the Pipeliner CRM integration option.
Step 2: Enter the Pipeliner API key information
This step requires administrator access to the Pipeliner user's account. Please review Pipeliner's "How can I access API Key" article for more details. This is the same article referenced in the Spark integration window, as seen below.
Step 3: Select activity label and user account
The activity label will be used to represent the category for all Illumineto Spark events delivered into Pipeliner CRM. We recommend accepting the default value. Additionally, select the Pipeliner user account all Spark activity will be delivered into.
Step 4: Test the integration
If step 3 was successful, you should now be presented with the five most current Opportunities in Pipeliner. Clicking the "Test" button will confirm both Pipeliner and Illumineto are "talking" together successfully.
Step 5: Configure notifications
Once testing is complete, clicking the "Next" button will present you the opportunity to configure which Illumineto Spark activities you would like delivered into Pipeliner. It is recommended to accept all default notifications.
