Built by sales people for sales people, Pipedrive is a simple and yet powerful tool for managing sales efforts. Illumineto Spark nicely complements Pipedrive by delivering customer or prospect engagement activities such as email and document opens directly into Pipedrive Deals or Contact records. These engagement activities are real-time updated into Pipedrive, requiring no manual data entry by the sales rep. Sales teams that integrate Illumineto Spark with their CRM system find much higher confidence and accuracy in pipeline reviews when they can see all of the customer/prospect activities detailed in the Opportunity record itself.
Integrating Illumineto Spark and Pipedrive should take no more than three or four minutes to complete.
