There are several ways to add a Contact into Spark.
- Send a Spark Page to them
By adding an email address to a Spark Page, they are automatically added to your Contacts. Visiting your Contacts page, you will see each of your recipients there.
- Add them in Contacts
By visiting the Contacts page, you can add an individual by clicking the green Add button and selecting Add Contact. You can also optionally add them to a Distribution List at that time (or any future time) as well.
- Bulk import Contacts
This is very helpful when transferring a large number of customer contacts from a CRM system or another system into Spark. To do so, visit the Contacts page, click the green Add button and select Bulk import contacts. When you visit a contact record in Spark, you will find all of the contact information (full name, company professional title, social media accounts, etc) that Spark has been able to automatically find for that individual. What's more, you will see a history of all Spark Pages you have sent to that individual, along with all of their engagement activity, including email opens, documents viewed and more.
